With First Federal's new telephone banking feature you can access your account information from any touch tone phone anytime day or night. You will be able to get account balances, transaction details, detailed loan information, and even transfer funds* between accounts.

Telephone banking is secure and easy to use. The first time you call you will need to have your account number and social security number to access your account information. For security reasons, you will be required to change your security code on each account to a four-digit number of your choice. Since you will choose the security code for your account, you will be the only one that knows that code.
