Overdraft Protection.

Overdraft Protection provides a service that will guard against temporary cash shortage that may result in the inconvenience and fees associated with insufficient funds or returned checks. This service links your checking account to another checking account, savings account, or line of credit. Funds will be automatically transferred from one account to another account in $100.00 increments and covers the overdraft.

A fee is charged when money is transferred from one account to another. If a line of credit is used to cover the overdraft occurrence, interest is charge only on the outstanding balance of the credit line.
